Move to Work Notices

As of May 2021, the New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority is a Moving to Work (MTW) agency.

Implementation of the MTW Demonstration Program requires changes which will affect both Public Housing residents and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants.

If you are a current tenant with NSBHA, we have attached all notices that you have received on our website for you to review again, if needed. Please click on the links to the left of this page, and they will take you to the notices that have been delivered.
