Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program Application Orientation

Do you or someone you know have a question about Habitat for Humanity's Homeownership Program?

On March 27th, at 6 p.m. Habitat for Humanity will be hosting and Application Orientation to go over qualifications and requirements of the program. This orientation is the first step toward applying for their Homeownership Program. 

The Application Orientation is for adults only and will be held in the main building of Edgewater Alliance Church.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Lived and/or worked in Oak Hill, New Smyrna Beach, or Edgewater for at least one year.
• Need for affordable housing.
• Have the ability to pay an affordable mortgage.
• Willing to partner by completing 350-500 sweat equity hours.
