NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Board Meeting for the Board of Directors of Housing Authority of the City of New Smyrna Beach, FL. will be held in the City Hall Chambers at the City Hall, 210 Sams Ave., in the City of New Smyrna, Florida, immediately following the monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority on Monday, December 9th, 2024.

The business to come before the Board of Commissioners at that time shall be:

Consideration of Approval of Greenlawn Manor Permanent Loan Closing Resolution, and any matters related thereto.
