New Logo Branding for New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority and New Smyrna Beach Housing Development Corporation

The New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority and the New Smyrna Beach Housing Development Corporation (NSBHDC) rebranded in the summer of 2022 with new logos.

Our new logo brands are unique to the New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority and the NSBHDC. The logo features a stylized house surrounded by a sunset, dolphin, and waves. The NSBHDC logo features the same elements 

The mission of the New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority is to be committed to providing quality, affordable housing that enhances the lives of our residents and promotes their independence.

The New Smyrna Beach Housing Development Corporation (NSBHDC) was created to provide, develop, rehab, construct and/or acquire affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate-income persons and/or families. The mixed-income and mixed-use properties are primarily located in, but not limited to, New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and the surrounding areas.

The new image brands capture the New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority's and the NSBHDC's spirit and will be used internally and externally to identify our projects.

The logo brands were produced for us by creative agency, Brooks Jeffrey Marketing, Inc., an award-winning national firm serving Housing Authorities nationwide.
