Units Available for Rent
New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority will soon have 2- and 3-bedroom rental units available in our Open Market and Development Corp programs.
A $500 security deposit is required, and the units are priced affordably for the area. The units are located in Edgewater and in New Smyrna Beach.
Applicants must be income qualified.
Vouchers are accepted. No pets allowed. Child friendly. Convenient zoning to schools.
For any Transitional Supportive Housing this rent can be adjusted according to income. Transitional Supportive Housing must come with a referral from a nonprofit agency and provide supportive services to the family for the one-year program.
